remove subject prefix

It doesn't matters to me. These mails go into my default box and I delete
them after I've read them. All other mails go into a special mailbox and
it distracts to see all mails in the index prefixed with the same words.
For some mailing lists I remove the subject prefix before putting the
mails into the mailbox, but I prefer to have this removed from the list
at all.
