Bug#482490: wrong error msg when file not found in jed library dir

I was wrong. The code in question is in jed. He fixed it in pre142

142. src/ledit.c: Changed the error message generated when unable to
     open a .sl to something less confusing (Suggested by Guenter
     Milde).
