jed 99.18+dfsg.1-12 dependencies

Dear jed packers,

Since upgrading (x)jed and jed-common to /testing (99.18+dfsg.1-12) the
startup is delayed and the message

***Warning: Executable compiled against S-Lang 20104 but linked to 20103

printed.

I learned that this is due to a new libslang2 version in unstable but not
testing.

However, the problem is persistent for more than 10 days, so it seems
that something prevents libslang2 from migrating to testing.

OTOH, the changelog lists only changes to jed-common or debian files, so
I wonder if the conflict setting:

    --- jed (< 1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-12) (NICHT ERF?LLT)
    --- jed-sl
    --- xjed (< 1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-12) (NICHT ERF?LLT)

is really neaded or if it would be save to combine 
xjed-1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-11 and jed-common-1:0.99.18+dfsg.1-12
