slang2.3.0 and slang-histogram package

Hi,

Today I released slang 2.3.0.  Since the histogram module is now
integrated into slang 2.3.0, a separate histogram package should
nolonger be needed.

Also, is there any chance that 2.3.0 will make it into the next
release?
