documentation gives incorrect paths for some files (john.pot, restore, etc.)

This was true some versions ago.
I don't know when, I don't know how, it has been fixed in the meanwhile, and
1.7.2-3 (currently in testing/unstable, going for lenny release) doesn't
present this bug anymore. Now it saves everything under ~/.john/.

I've updated the manpage, it will be present in 1.7.2-4, which will be released
somewhen after the Lenny release.
