NSLDAP/OPENLDAPS modules fro JtR, copyright issues

I made (as I remember) NSLDAP_fmt.c from this patch:
# Netscape LDAP SHA, SSHA passwords support for 1.6, by K Evangelinos
So, it's under the licence of the original patch.

Where can I found the OPENLDAP_fmt.c?

They are also found in K Evangelinos' Netscape LDAP SHA, SSHA passwords
support for 1.6 patch.
