Hi,

the removal of the package jade will most likely happen on the next weekend.

As I've seen, kannel is scheduled for automatic removal from testing on 
2016-12-25 because of #828362. Therefore, I'm making this bug RC already 
today -- just to make sure you don't miss it in the next upload.
