[Pkg-kannel-devel] Bug#837663: Only a binNMU is required for kannel-dev

Control: retitle -1 kannel-dev: libgwlib.a needs binNMU rebuild with MySQL 5.7 and -fPIE
Control: severity -1 serious
Control: affects -1 = src:kannel-sqlbox

Two issues appeared in unstable:
- MySQL 5.7 removes -lmysqlclient_r, which breaks packages using
  "gw-config --libs"
- libgwlib.a nneds a rebuild with -fPIE

A binNMU is sufficient to fix both issues, and already requested.
