I have been having the same problem as Mr. Solaz.  This is an important oversight that should be corrected.  He is absolutely correct that this IS NOT Bug #47320.  The whole point of the color schemes is that they be followed -- I get black-on-black text frequently despite my defaults being white on black.  

Please acknowledge that this is a problem and fix it!  Thank you.
