I have found one nearly reproduceble pattern, which seems to cause the mail loss, but I believe there are more. I have noticed that when new mails are sorted in with the filtering of Inbox and then the mail check continues to check the other folders, some of the mails which have been filtered into the folders disappear again. Not all, but some. So may be this is a first hint to find the problem.
