My friend uses Sylpheed Claws with the integrated plugin. It manages MIME with 
the gpg inline and my friend uses both OpenPGP/MIME and standard 
OpenPGP/inline but he prefears OpenPGP/MIME. In my KMail configuration I use 
the gpg-agent as suggested here:
