Hey, Thiago: This is KDE, not Apple or Microsoft.  It's not KDE or Linux's job to shove developer ideas of proper behavior down the throats of unwilling users no matter how much it hurts.  KDE is the best desktop becuase it allows the user to decide what they want to do, not what the software developer wants them to do.  So please stop playing Big Brother.

I'm going to re-enforce Debian's report: the current behavior is simply encouraging people (including me) to sign keys which they have not been able to check.  Thus it's *compromising* the Web of Trust, not supporting it.
