I just reported a bug which seemed unrelated to this one (which I'm also experiencing and thus watching this bug report for a while already).
But after some testing, I get the impression that my newly found bug (bookmarks toolbar appearing related to the sidebar / switchting tabs or whatever, bug 145129) is just another weirdness caused by this bug. As you can see in bug 145129, I came to the conclusion that the bug was not reproducible anymore after some testing - but that was BEFORE I opened Konqueror with my file management profile again (which has bookmarks toolbar enabled, in contrast to the web browsing profile). After having opened the file management profile once, I can reproduce the behaviour described in bug 145129 again.
