    drop kjs build dep
    
    kjs hasn't been a build dependency in ages. in fact looking at git
    it hasn't even made it into the 5.0.0.
    
    kjs introduces a dependency cycle when build depped here:
    kjs <- ki18n <- kdoctools <- kjs ...
