Use of the plymouth theme
-------------------------

To use the breeze plymouth theme run:
 sudo plymouth-set-default-theme breeze

You might need to update your initrd image with:
 sudo update-initramfs -u

Also, make sure you are passing the "splash" bootparam to your kernel, if you
are using grub you can edit /etc/default/grub and modify the
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT variable. For example:
 GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
and run:
 sudo update-grub
afterwards to regenerate the grub configuration files.

For more information, please check the /usr/share/doc/plymouth/README.Debian
file shipped with the plymouth package, and the plymouth-set-default-theme(1)
manpage.
