That doesn't sound grammatically correct to me.

Not that my English grammar is terribly good, but as a native English
speaker, if it sounds wrong to me it usually is wrong.

You are right that the phrase "interactively talk" is awkward, I'm sure
it could be expressed better, but it isn't crucial to the package
description, so for as long as it isn't demonstrably incorrect it is
good enough.

Cheers, where identical spelling mistakes have occurred in multiple
related packages I've tried to only file one bug report, and assume the
maintainers will figure it out.
