[pkg-kolab] kolab on sarge

hi,

with the help of steffen (white), i installed kolab on sarge.

Some feedbacks:
* i failed on tls auth as i didn't find any document explaining how i can use 
it, caused by saslauthd not in the postfix chroot jail. i fixed the issue by 
updating master.cf and adding in /etc/default/saslauthd :
+PARAMS="-m /var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd"
+PWDIR="/var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd"
+PIDFILE="/var/spool/postfix/var/run/${NAME}/saslauthd.pid"

need also to add user postfix in group sasl. Maybe another method is 
prefered ?

* horde-sarge-iCal.patch must be updated to be used on sarge

* i failed to use kolabadmin remotely, always same error message: invalid DN 
syntax

* a small wishlist: it could be nice to add an entry in the README "how to 
setup horde/imp with kolab". I'm at this point ;)
