[pkg-kolab] Kolab packages in NEW

Dear ftp-master,

we finalized the Kolab packages and uploaded now

kolab-resource-handlers and
kolab-cyrus

We had discussions with the cyrus people about integration but the
result was, it is better to have a seperate package. The difference
between both is viewable by comparing debian/patches/

cyrus package:
https://mail.incase.de/viewcvs/trunk/cyrus-imapd-2.2.12/debian/patches/

kolab package:
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-kolab/branches/cyrus_minimizing+merging/debian/patches/

kolab patches have the numbers =>100.
