libkolab-perl is only in unstable. I filled the bug #347242 so it will
not enter etch/testing because its not installable. We uploaded all
packages to experimental and are now waiting for ftp-master approval.

To fix your problem just take the unstable one:

http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libk/libkolab-perl/libkolab-perl_0.9.2-2_all.deb
