[pkg-kolab] cyrus22 from experimental

Hi All

At first happy new year to all ;)

During the holdiays I worked a little bit on cyrus22.
We should evaluate if we can use the cyrus22 or not.
I applied the patches from Kolab and reorganized it a little bit
(I know that it is a little bit dirty, I will structure it later ;) ).

Now the testing takes some time, during the next days we will see which one we 
can take now.

So take this mail as a note about the current state.
Well at first the cyrus should run, then we can test the other packages and 
the php stuff.
