Never had this problem.
Because now all needed packages are approved by the ftp-master I will
upload them to sid.

Yes, this is a minor known problem.:(
We needed to remove the rfc2739.schema because of the rfc copyright
problem. Without removal it wouldn't go into Debian.
I fixed this right now in svn and will upload fixed packages today.

Hmm, yes it could be, but the provided slapcat.example is IMHO just a
quick first step. We will remove it by a script which creates the basic
LDAP data.
