[pkg-kolab] vfreebusy.php still needing patch?

Hi,

I'm writing a script that should automate the installation process described 
in 
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-kolab/trunk/kolabd/debian/README.Debian?op=file&rev=351&sc=0
as much as possible.
Have gotten to the part where the document reads
>FreeBusy uses functions from Horde to parse the XML parts in the calendar

However, the patching fails and analyzing the vfreebusy.php file, I realize 
that it has changed. This is unstable, Horde 3.1.1.2. Can anybody please 
enlighten me as to whether the patch is still necessary or the changes I'm 
seeing are upstream fixes of the same problem.
