[pkg-kolab] Bug#455071: log file is in the wrong path /var/resmgr/freebusy.log issuing access errors

Currently, the freebusy config (/etc/kolab/freebusy.conf and 
/etc/kolab/templates/freebusy.conf.template) has the following line :
$params['log'] = 'file:/var/resmgr/freebusy.log';                // File...
I think that Debian guidelines prefer something like this :
$params['log'] = 'file:/var/log/kolab-resource-handlers/freebusy.log';                // File...

Also the directory containing the log is not created, generating errors (fopen).
