[pkg-kolab] Preparing Kolab 2.2 package

For the kolab part, things are a bit changed. I think the new packages will be :
* libkolab-perl
* kolabconf (new)
* kolabd
* php-kolab (new)
* kolab-freebusy (replaces kolab-resource-handlers)
* kolab-filter (new)
* kolab-webadmin
* there is no kolabadmin.

I am trying to create 3.2beta3 packages for these with no success.
