[pkg-kolab] Bug#473881: kolabd: Error in kolab_bootstrap script

Running kolab_bootstrap -b on my system generates a /etc/ldap/slapd.conf file that causes slapd to fail to start.  kolab_bootstrap exits with these lines:

Enter fully qualified hostname of slave kolab server e.g. thishost.domain.tld [empty when done]:
prepare LDAP database...
temporarily starting slapd
Could not start temporary slapd:  at /usr/sbin/kolab_bootstrap line 505.

Running slapd in debug mode (slapd -d 16383) I get:

line 33 (schemacheck           on)
/etc/ldap/slapd.conf: line 33: unknown directive <schemacheck> outside backend info and database definitions.
slapd destroy: freeing system resources.
slapd stopped.
connections_destroy: nothing to destroy.

If I remove the schemacheck line from /etc/ldap/slapd.conf and try again I then get:

/etc/ldap/slapd.conf: line 51: <idletimeout> extra cruft after <timeout>.
slapd destroy: freeing system resources.
slapd stopped.
connections_destroy: nothing to destroy.

If I remove the comments from lines 51 and 52 slapd starts correctly.
