Relevant horde config are as follow:

For horde:
$conf[auth][driver] = Kolab
$conf['share']['driver'] = Kolab
$conf['kolab']['ldap'][*] = ...

What version do you use ? sync.pm is replaced by synrepl.pm upstream
but I haven't packaged anything yet.
