[pkg-kolab] Proposed 2.2rc1 kolab packages

I have added you to the pkg-kolab project and I would prefer if you did the 
development in our SVN.

With regard to 2.2rc1 packages, the decisive question is this:  In view of the 
lenny release, can we finish stable 2.2 packages with all dependencies (horde 
etc.) and patches (php5-imap etc.) in time, or should we concentrate on 
stabilizing the 2.1 packages.  We should avoid getting stuck somewhere in 
between at release time.  What do you think?
