but anyway, kolab-resource-handlers currently doesn't work for me. I
don't know if this is misconfiguration or because of the missing
imap_getannotation.

I think this can be good to upload kolab2.2rc1 to unstable and make a
new package horde3-kolab so that php-kolab works (depends on
horde3-kolab OR horde3 >> 3.2). If you agree, I will give it a try.

The cyrus 2.3 package doesn't seems to be needed, 2.2 is enough.
