[pkg-kolab] Bug#460115: Simple chgrp typo in kolab_bootstrap

Running the kolab_bootstrap script errors with a change group error.  It seems 
that the "kolab" group is sometimes spelled as "kolab-r".  Changing "kolab-r" 
to "kolab" or adding a kolab-r group with a group member of kolab allows the 
script to run without error.
