[pkg-kolab] enable/disable pop3/s, imap/s etc...

  Enable/disable of services (eg. pop3/s, imap/s etc...) doesn't work 
for me from the Kolab web interface.   Is this meant to work, or have I 
done something wrong?

  I'm using the alioth debs.
