[pkg-kolab] First steps in setting up Kolab

Hi
I am probably way over my head in trying to set up KolabD. No matter what 
information I place in the bootstrap I get Could not bind to LDAP server: 
Invalid credentials. For the last month I have done a little reading on the 
subject and it looks like I need to ask the basic questions here for there 
seems a lack of support for a Debian setup in the kolab-users. 
I suspect apache2 is the culprit for I have not configuired it. It uses 
127.0.0.1 for the domain/server name. I am little nervous playing with apache. 
The last time I did it I locked up my machine and the only way out was to 
reinstall the operating system. That was before I discovered Virtualbox.
The software is current with the last d-u on Monday from the unstable branch 
of debian.
Any help would be appreciated.
