[pkg-kolab] New kolabd and libkolab-perl to upload

Can you please upload those packages (unstable):
- pear-horde-channel trunk
- php-kolab-filter trunk
- php-kolab-format trunk
- php-kolab-freebusy trunk
- php-kolab-server trunk
- php-kolab-storage trunk
They are lintian-free (2.1.4). php-kolab-* requires pear-horde-channel
to build, so you can upload this one first.
