MTA conflits with each others. That's intended.

..., some dependencies seems to have gone. There is also a FTBFS (also
on cyrus-imapd-2.2).

Geordie, if you want kolab to work quickly, try with lenny, and apt
pinning (see https://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Debian_-_Administrators_-_Kolab_Installation).
You can also help us by solving the above bug #421942.
