[pkg-kolab] Testing debian packages: cyrus confusion

Testing 2.2.2 packages. First thing I notice in the logs is

TLS server engine: No CA file specified. Client side certs may not work

Looking at /etc/kolab/templates/imapd.conf.template I see this:

#tls_ca_file: /etc/kolab/server.pem
# Path to directory with certificates of CAs.
tls_ca_path: /etc/ssl/certs

The ca file is commented out. The only likely looking file I can see is
/etc/kolab/kolabserver-ca.crt or perhaps /etc/kolab/ca/cacert.pem

Also I get this every 5 minutes.

May 19 13:30:23 mailtest2 cyrus/imap[30856]: accepted connection
May 19 13:30:23 mailtest2 cyrus/imap[30856]: starttls: TLSv1 with cipher
AES256-SHA (256/256 bits new) no authentication
May 19 13:30:23 mailtest2 cyrus/imap[30856]: badlogin: mailtest2.arcus.co.za
[170.130.105.46] plaintext manager SASL(-13): authentication failure:

What is polling cyrus every 5 mins? Kolabd? I can log into web-admin as
manager without problems. The ldap side looks good. I can also log into
cyradm as manager without problems.
