[pkg-kolab] webadmin | settings page is empty

Hello,
i installed kolab on a debian lenny (http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Debian_-_Administrators_-_Kolab_Installation 
). After the installation and the configuration of the webadmin I had  
login to the admin page and create a admin user. But I can't see the  
settings/index.php. This site is empty. Only the header and the  
navigation is visible.

Can anyone help me?
