[pkg-kolab] blank settings page in kolab-webadmin

Hi,

I've been following the install instructions here

	http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Debian_-_Administrators_-_Horde_Installation

to install kolab on debian.  I have the kolab webadmin set up and have been
able, for example to create a user.  However, when I click "Settings" I get
a blank page -- that is to say I get the blue header and menu, but nothing
below the navigation bar.  The HTML ends with:

	<div id="page">
	<div id="maincontent">

When I login, I am told that no account has been configured to receive mail
for administrative addresses.  I must create a user (which I have done) and
then go "here" to set up forwarding.  However, the latter page
(settings/#systemaliasconf) is a blank page.

Any thoughts on why that would be?
