[pkg-kolab] Install kolab, can't create imap subfolders

Hi everybody,

I installed kolab successfully a while back, and now I'm looking at migrating 
emails from an existing cyrus server and using the kolab server full time.  
However I seem to have hit a strange issue.  I can't create any subfolders of 
my inbox.

In kmail, when I try to create a a subfolder, I get a big long error message 
that amounts to permission denied.
