[pkg-kolab] Bug#598024: kolabd: error kolab webinterface not currently in transaction state

when i use kolabwebadmin to eanble notification i receive an error

not currently in transaction state

and in horde3 client web interface all sieve activation script report an error 

connexion driver failed

so 

i change the following line in /etc/cyrus.conf file

original 

sieve cmd="timsieved -C /etc/imap.conf" listen="0.0.0.0:sieve" prefwork=0 maxchild=100

new line 

sieve cmd="timsieve -C /etc/imap.conf" listen="0.0.0.0:2000" prefwork=0 maxchild=100

and now all work fine 


may be  the file /etc/kolab/template/cyrus.conf.template must be changed to
