[pkg-kolab] Bug#638003: The install script failed to find apache module

Justification: fails to install

kolabd fails to be installed, if the user renamed/moved the
configuration files supplied with Apache. In the particular case, the
user had removed module configurations to /etc/apache2/sites-enabled
instead of linking them, or using a2enmod.

The problem is in the postinst maintainer script line 34 which silently
assumes /etc/apache2/mods-available/{rewrite, ssl, ldap}.load exists and
works if a2enmod exists.

A special treatment like for the PHP module should apply for those
modules as well.
