Well, the changes are 1:1 identical to what cyrus-imapd-2.2 had and
the patch doesn't touch any kolab specific parts, so I would not worry
about lenny & squeeze versions too much.

As for unstable the main upgrade script (cyrus-upgrade-db) is shared
between cyrus-imapd-2.4 and kolab-cyrus-imapd, so I have to test it
anyway.

I have already found & fixed some bugs in this shell script, so I give
it some more testing and I'll upload final version to unstable
tomorrow, now it's really time to go home.
