[pkg-kolab] 2.3 Release

ZPush is the main feature we are looking for

We've made attempts at

a) Installing z-push from berlios.de and configuring as per Kolab's
config.php
b) Installing z-push RPMs from 2.3 and point towards 2.2.4's LDAP / IMAP
server
c) Installed 2.2.4 via apt, stopped all services, installed 2.3 via openpkg,
pointed z-push to 2.2.4's LDAP/IMAP.

All come with mixed results - with c) the LDAP authentication works, however
it there is the continual error on iPhone/iPads saying connection to mail
server failed, though in the mail server logs the authentication has
completed and seems to be something wrong with the folder sync.

Was hoping to solve headaches with a 2.3 apt release, will go back to
getting the functionality working with 2.2.4 and will update when the
package is released.
