[pkg-kolab] Packageing version 2.3

Does anyone know if there are plans/a timeline for packaging Kolab 2.3 for 
Debian?  I understand that Kolab requires a lot of effort to package and 
everyone's busy with real life.  Is there something that someone like myself 
with limited programming skills could do to assist?
