[pkg-kolab] libkolab*

Hi all,

I created new repositories within the pkg-kolab project. I've committed my work on libkolabxml and libkolab so both libs are now up-to-date: libkolabxml is at 1.0.1 and libkolab is at 0.5.0.

It would be good if a debian dev can have a look and upload them if they're ok.
