[pkg-kolab] libkolabxml

I have imported upstream libkolab 1.0.1 into our alioth repository. There was some foo around a newer cmake version and some old patches that were causing trouble, but these issues have been resolved. I have pushed my commits.

What's left to do now is run git-dch to create a proper changelog (it's currenly creating a snapshot build) and tag it. I read somewhere that this would be a debian developer's job. i suppose that would be Mije, then, right?

I think I'll focus on libkolab next. We'll alse need a newer version, that will have to built against the new libkolabxml.
