[pkg-kolab] libkolab(xml): New upstream version available

Hello Maximiliano,

My current upload to mentors contains fixes for:
  the copyright fixes you suggested
  tabs in the control file

Still open, learning how to use ben for the transition and tracking down what 
add-linker-flags.patch was trying to fix.
