[pkg-kolab] python setup.py vs cmake

Hi,

I was wondering if instead of just using CMake to build the python libraries, 
it might not make more sense to write a python setup.py to build the swig 
files.

The disadvantage is that would make it different from the php build process, 
the advantage is it would make it easier to build versions for different 
python versions (include 2 & 3). 

What do others think?
