[pkg-kolab] Bug#878500: libkolab FTBFS with Python 3.6 as default

are there any ideas how to fix that properly? I find:

PYTHON3_INCLUDE := $(shell python3 -c 'from distutils.sysconfig import 
get_python_inc; print(get_python_inc(1))')

but how i get the library itself?
