Hey,

libkolab is not developed anymore by upstream as it doesn't looks like
this is a temporaly issue, I request the removal of libkolab.
With kdepim 17.12 it doesn't build anymore.
As the only userwas kdepim-runtime for Kolab support for kdepim.
KDEPim solved this issue and do not depend anymore on libkolab
with the release 17.12, what is currently within a transition (#894342).
So there is nothing anymore blocking a removal.
