Hello,<br><br>For the first time in MANY attempts I have a kolab server halfway up and running. There remain some issues which I want to work on slowly, the first of which is transport layer security for the LDAP lookups.<br>
I have tried to reference certs/keys from the TLS-lines out commented in the /etc/ldap/slapd.conf file provided in the readme, but the two routes I took to get them have failed me:<br>1) If creating cert/key analogous to what the readme says about cyrus, slapd wont restart.
<br>2) If I use the procedure outlined in the upstream kolab project&#39;s bootstrap script, slapd will restart fine, but connection attempts then fail with the message that there&#39;s an error in the certificate.<br><br>
If anyone has any insight into how to do this properly, I&#39;d appreciate knowing about it and would volunteer to submit a patch to the readme file.<br><br>Thanks, Joh<br>
