[Pkg-leofs-devel] Bug#716980: erlang-proper: FTBFS when not builing -doc package

Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Builds of erlang-proper covering only its architecture-dependent
binary packages (as on the autobuilders) have been failing:

  mv /.../debian/erlang-proper-doc/usr/share/doc/erlang-proper-doc/doc \
     /.../debian/erlang-proper-doc/usr/share/doc/erlang-proper-doc/edoc
  mv: cannot stat `/.../debian/erlang-proper-doc/usr/share/doc/erlang-proper-doc/doc': No such file or directory
  make[1]: *** [override_dh_installdocs] Error 1
  make[1]: Leaving directory `/...'
  make: *** [binary-arch] Error 2

Could you please conditionalize this command appropriately?
